Dena has worked in the A/E/C industry since 1994, is a former Dale Carnegie instructor and trainer, is a past president of SMPS Colorado Chapter and served on the Board of Directors for several years. She received the Leonardo Award for lifetime achievement in marketing excellence from the Colorado Chapter of SMPS.
She has presented training workshops, keynotes, and facilitated partnering sessions for the AIA, AGC, ABC, SDA, CREW, SMPS, and NAWIC.
Josh Roberts is a passionate coach, strategist, and creative technician who has worked with executives and project teams in the construction, engineering, architecture, technology and finance industries. This experience has well-rounded his skill set to empower people to deliver their best performance at critical moments in business.
Working in A/E/C since 2005, Josh has won many Marketing Excellence Awards, serving on the SMPS Colorado Board for eight years, and serving as and Leadership Committee Chairman and Director at Large. He also sits on the DU Daniels School of Business Ethics Fellows Impact Council, and is a keynote speaker at DU’s Daniels School of Business Ethics Boot Camp.
He brings dynamic strategies, lots of energy, a vastly creative background and diverse skillset, and a ton of credibility with a highly decorated coaching track record – maintaining a 4-year win rate of 64%, and helping secure wins currently on seven of his last eight pursuits.
