Formal Training We offer a comprehensive two-day course that examines the five key elements of an effective presentation: Audience, Message, Building Trust, Delivery,and Q&A. The Audience: Your presentation should engage and capture your audience.  In this phase, we go through a series of questions that will help you identify your audience’s interests, critical issues, and spoken/unspoken needs to uncover vital information that will enable your team to form a connection and build trust. The Message: In this phase, we will help you structure your presentation to achieve the greatest impact and deliver a clear and concise message. Our approach will help you to create stronger value messages for clients that distinguish you from your competition. Building Trust/Creating the Mood: In presentations, the objective is to engage the audience by building rapport and connection and creating a “mood†which prevents a presentation from falling flat. We will discuss techniques to generate rapport, target and enrich the message, use visuals and handouts, and refine transitions. Delivery: We help your team gain a greater understanding of how a message is received, refine voice and delivery techniques, and understand how important body language is in message delivery, reception, and in demonstrating competence and confidence.
Q & A: Unanticipated questions in a presentation can undo even the most carefully orchestrated presentation. We will identify the different types of questions your team might face and how to handle any question – even if you don’t know the answer.
During this two-day session, participants are taught how to develop message content and deliver their message with confidence. Each participant is videotaped, reviewed and coached for individual improvement.  Interactive coaching helps participants refine their style and practice in a real-world setting. Immediate feedback enables participants to refine their skills and make critical adjustments. The Result
